Acceptance of Terms
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before accessing or using this website. This website is operated by Yemina Collections. Throughout terms “we,” “us” and “our” refer to Yemina Collections. By ordering any of the products, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. All personal information we obtain, or you provide will be handled by Yemina Collections as we are responsible for the personal information. No card information is stored. Any new features or tools that are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. The price applicable is set at the date on which you place your order. Customers are required to provide us with the correct address. Yemina Collections is not responsible for the items delivered to the wrong address. After an order is in the hands of USPS, we are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packaging.
REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY
There are absolutely no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations! If you receive an item that is incorrect, email us photos of the unworn, unaltered packaged items within 48 hours of receipt. After we confirm a mistake was made, we’ll send you the next steps on how to return your items and begin the exchange process. We take returns and chargebacks seriously. If you attempt to defraud our company, expect criminal charges and a civil suit to follow.
If you decide to dispute any order you’ve placed with us through your bank and commit bank fraud after we have confirmed or shipped your order, we will fully press charges of the law. This is bank fraud, and we will ensure all scammers pay for their crimes.
Please note: We source “Raw” hair (human hair), so no two wefts (bundles) are the exact same in texture, color, or pattern. Federal law states you cannot return human hair products that have been used due to hygienic reasons. We adhere to strict policies regarding federal law, health regulations, and hygiene concerns. If the item is removed from the bundle and used in any visible manner, or if the product has been opened or tampered with in any way, all exchange policies are voided. The hair must remain in the bundle and not be untied. The hair must be in its original packaging and tagged. Returned packages for exchange must include a copy of the original invoice as proof of purchase. Merchandise must be physically received before exchange can be granted. Please allow up to 14 business days for processing and shipping. Any used hair that we receive will be immediately discarded and will not be handled or returned by our team.

ORDER PROCESSING/SHIPPING POLICY
Order processing begins 24 hours after an order is submitted. After an order is submitted, modifications to addresses, products, cancellations, shipping methods, etc. are not allowed. We are not responsible for hair appointment cancellation fees charged by your Hair Stylist/Salon. We ask that you collect and verify all items purchased before establishing all hair appointments. Allow up to 14 business days for processing and shipping of products ordered through this website, and will be shipped via USPS, FedEx, DHL, or UPS. After an order is in the hands of USPS, we are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packaging. Please contact your local post office if you do encounter any problems. Please make sure your address is correct at check out, as we are not responsible for making sure this is correct. We are not responsible if your package is shipped to the wrong address. If package is return, you are responsible for paying the shipping fee again. During holidays, sales, and pandemics, expect additional processing time to account for factory delays and shipping delays. Expect tracking info when item(s) are in the mail. Thank you for shopping!
